Muito bom
Excelente café da manhã, mas o principal é o staff que faz de tudo para cobrir as falhas da rede NH. Valentina e Pasqualina da recepção foram simplesmente sensacionais! Merecem um bom aumento! Graças a elas eu reverti a má impressão inicial. A cama é muito confortável e o blackout da cortina excelente pra quem gosta de dormir até um pouco mais tarde, como eu. o late checkout que tivemos foi de fundamental importância para uma boa viagem de volta. Só por isso eu já consideraria ficar de novo lá numa próxima oportunidade.
O hotel está passando por reforma nos quartos e isso não é avisado no site nem em lugar nenhum. Todo dia às 8 da manhã começava o barulho forte de máquinas (às vezes até antes das 8h), o que nos acordava forçosamente e nos tirava o sono, nos irritando profundamente. A localização também não é das melhores, fica no alto, fora do muro que delimita o centro histórico. Fica a 1km da piazza di Spagna e mais distante dos demais pontos turísticos, mas resolvemos essa questão usando patinetes e serviço de táxi, que fluem bem. Então para nós isso não chegou a ser um problema.

As instalações e a comida são excelentes. Melhor do que isso somente o pessoal do hotel. Excelente serviço.
A localização. Embora seja no centro de uma excelente região, o deslocamento a pé, principalmente, durante à noite, é prejudicado.

„Zimmer im neuen Trackt sind schön und gepflegt - Weg zu den Zimmer etwas lang.
Reception war mühsam. Haben auf Reklamationen nicht reagiert oder immer nach Ausreden gesucht. Hatte ein Zimmer mit Aussicht - hatte aber in Wirklichkeit ein Zimmer in den Innenhof. Kriegte keine Entschädigung hierfür - man hat nicht reagiert auf diesen Umstand! Schwache Leistung von Seiten Hotel.

die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und Modern eingerichtet, Tolles Badezimmer
Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten. Für mein verhältnis hätte mehr abwechslung sein dürfen. Es gab keine Oliven und auch kein Lachs, was ich in dieser Preisklasse schob erwarte. Im Zimmer war sehr wenig Stauraum, wir konten unsere Garderobe für 5 Tage nicht ordentlich einräumen.
